What will you do
Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Support the front desk by answering phone calls directing inquiries and taking accurate messages.
Assist with managing appointments scheduling meetings and maintaining organized calendars.
Help with administrative tasks such as filing data entry photocopying and preparing basic documents.
Ensure the reception area is clean organized and presentable at all times.
Coordinate deliveries incoming mail and office supplies as needed.
Provide general support to staff and assist with special projects when required.

Professional appearance and a positive customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) or similar tools.
Reliability punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
Previous experience in administrative support or front desk roles is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
