Job Summary
Hours: 11:45am 1:30pm Term Time Only
Salary: 1516 per hour
We are a supportive well-equipped SEN school in Haringey looking to recruit a patient nurturing and observant Midday Meal Supervisor to work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs. This role requires calm reliability compassion and good communication.
What your day will involve:
Guiding pupils through lunchtime routines with encouragement and sensitivity
Assisting with feeding mobility or communication as appropriate
Supporting children one-to-one or in small groups to help develop social interaction and independence
Working in close partnership with teaching assistants and therapists
Maintaining accurate awareness of individual pupils needs triggers and safety requirements
Creating a structured positive lunchtime experience where each child feels understood and valued
Training is provided and we are committed to supporting the professional growth of all staff.
