What youll be doing:
Overseeing the dining hall with a calm structured and friendly approach
Encouraging positive table manners and healthy eating habits
Supporting children who may need help with routines confidence or social interaction
Leading informal games outside to build teamwork creativity and safe play
Applying the schools behaviour expectations with fairness and clarity
Providing comfort reassurance and gentle guidance when needed
