This is a true finance business partner seat inside the Real Estate team; youll be the primary accounting contact for the investment professionals oversee property-level and fund-level reporting drive quarterly valuations and play a central role in budgeting capital activity and investor distributions. Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly/quarterly accounting close and reporting for a portfolio of direct real estate investments and related funds
• Review property packages capital activity budgets vs. actuals promote/management fees and quarterly fair-value reporting
• Partner with investment teams and JV partners on financial performance and transactions
• Prepare valuation materials coordinate investor capital calls/distributions and support fund audits
• Drive process improvement and special projects across the real estate finance platform

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 2-4 years of real estate accounting experience (Big 4 and/or real estate investment manager background ideal)
• Comfort engaging with investment professionals and external partners
