Job Summary

Legal Intake Specialist

Washington Legal Group is seeking aRemote Intake Specialistto be the first point of contact for new personal injury clients. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate articulate organized and skilled at guiding prospective clients through the intake process with clarity and empathy.

You will handle inbound leads qualify cases schedule consultations and ensure every potential client receives an excellent experience.

Schedule

Full-time MondayFriday
Standard business hours (EST or CST depending on firm need)

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls web inquiries and referrals promptly and professionally
Conduct detailed personal injury intakes and assess case viability
Build rapport with potential clients through empathy and active listening
Enter accurate data into the firms CRM and case management system
Schedule consultations and follow up with leads who have not completed the next steps
Maintain communication with prospective clients throughout early case stages
Track lead activity call metrics and conversion progress
Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative intake needs

Qualifications:

12 years of intake customer service call center or client-facing experience
Experience in personal injury or legal intake strongly preferred
Clear communication skills and a warm professional phone presence
Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls with composure and empathy
Strong typing data entry and CRM skills
Highly organized reliable and able to work independently
Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
Must have a quiet workspace reliable internet and a professional remote setup
