Location: Onsite São Paulo

What Youll Do

Technical SEO (ideal for Engineering & Front-End Students)

• Assist in running technical audits using Screaming Frog SEMrush Site Audit PageSpeed Insights GSC and custom tools.
• Help diagnose indexing issues crawling errors sitemaps canonicals redirects and Core Web Vitals.
• Support implementation of SEO recommendations related to HTML CSS JS rendering and DOM structure.
• Analyze site architecture and help propose improved URL structures internal linking elements and navigation logic.
• Collaborate with developers and SEO leads to understand how websites are built and how search engines interpret them.
• Assist in CRO and UX improvements through heatmaps A/B testing insights and landing page analysis.

Data Analytics & Automation

• Create dashboards and performance trackers using Looker Studio Google Sheets and AI automations.
• Help set up crawlers alerts and scripts to monitor SEO performance and site health.
• Support the development of automated SEO workflows using AI APIs and automation platforms.
• Analyze keyword competitor and SERP data to identify ranking opportunities.

On-Page SEO & Content Optimization (ideal for Journalism & Communications Students)

• Assist in optimizing landing pages blogs metadata and structured content.
• Participate in keyword research search intent classification and content mapping.
• Use AI tools to support brief creation first-draft optimizations and content refreshing.
• Help build internal linking structures and content clusters.

Local SEO & GMB Support

• Learn how local SEO works for SMB and enterprise clients.
• Assist with GMB audits data accuracy checks and NAP consistency mapping.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with PPC SEO Content Writers and Developers to align strategies and ensure technical constraints and opportunities are understood across teams.

What Were Looking For

Ideal backgrounds:

• Computer Science Engineering Systems Development Front-End Data/BI
• Journalism Marketing Communications (for on-page content SEO)

Skills that matter:

• Comfortable with HTML/CSS/JS (even basic level).
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in data and performance metrics.
• Curiosity about how websites are built and how Google evaluates them.
• Interest in content performance storytelling and UX (for journalism profiles).
• Familiarity with SEO tools is a plus (training provided).
• Good communication skills in Portuguese; Advanced English
• Proactive learner who enjoys problem-solving and exploring new technologies.
