What we do
Shayp is a fast-growing AI-powered technology scale-up that helps private and public organizations drive down water consumption and generate savings by better addressing leakages and discrepancies in their buildings.
Were looking for a versatile Project Manager/Customer Success Manager to join our growing water monitoring technology team. This hybrid role combines project delivery excellence with customer relationship management for our larger deployments. Youll be the dedicated point of contact for strategic customers ensuring successful installations while building lasting partnerships.
As a Project Manager you will be a key member of our Delivery Team to deploy strategic projects and move the needle forward in our business.
Tasks
- Planning & Coordination: Create and maintain project timelines managing installations from contract signature through successful onboarding
- Installation Oversight: Coordinate with operations team to verify installation capacity schedule deployments and track progress across multiple sites
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as single point of contact for customers during project implementation
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Interface between sales operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation
- Relationship Management: Own customer relationships post-sales ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities
- Onboarding & Support: Guide customers through platform onboarding after installation completion and handle support requestsIdentify accounts for upsell potential: Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent English required at least one of the following: Dutch (preferred) German Spanish or Italian
- Experience in project management and/or customer success roles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 3-5 major deployments)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excited by the opportunity to shape and grow your role as the company scales
- Prince 2 certification (or equivalent PMP certification etc.)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Balance between detail-oriented planning and relationship building
- Ability to switch between deep project focus and long term account management
- Proactive problem-solver who can work independently
- Experience in B2B SaaS IoT or utility sectors is a plus

Role Evolution
This position is designed to grow with our company. Initially focused on managing large-scale deployments the role may evolve toward either specialized project management or account management based on business needs and your strengths. Were transparent that this role will likely shift as we scale just as our current team members have successfully adapted to our growth.
