Schedule: Full-time Hybrid: 3 days in-office (Idaho Falls) 2 days remote (after training/ramp)

Page Insurance is hiring a Licensed Personal Lines CSR (Retention Specialist). Home and auto rates have been chaotic the last few years our job is to be the calm trusted guide. If youre the type who can confidently handle rate-increase calls save cancellations and re-shop renewals with empathy speed youll thrive here.
What youll do (core deliverables)
- Handle rate-increase calls and explain options clearly (coverage deductibles discounts carrier changes)
- Run renewal remarkets and present best-fit options
- Manage the shopping lane (intake quote proposal close document)
- Save cancels and protect retention (while doing whats right for the client)
- Keep clean notes tasks in EZLynx so nothing falls through the cracks
Youll be successful if you are
- Licensed P&C (Idaho) or already licensed and able to transfer quickly
- 1218 months of insurance servicing experience (State Farm / Allstate / independent agency all welcome)
- Strong on phones: calm under pressure persuasive without being pushy
- Organized: you can juggle multiple renewals and still document everything

- Own renewals saves: Youre confidently handling rate-increase calls re-shopping when needed and saving cancels with empathy clarity.
- Run the lane end-to-end: You can manage the full renewal workflow (intake remarket/quote proposal bind/issue document) without things slipping.
- Clean consistent follow-through: Every client touch task and outcome is documented in EZLynx and your renewal pipeline stays organized and on-time.

- Carrier portals (rate comparisons endorsements billing/claims lookup remarkets)
- Phone texting tools (daily client calls follow-up retention conversations)
