Onsite 2-3x a week (Phoenix AZ)

TRAVEL: Great if the candidate is in Phoenix but if not travel will be required.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design & implementation of SAP FICA solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define project scopes goals and deliverables.
Conduct requirement analysis and create functional specifications for SAP FICA-Utilities projects.
Oversee the integration of SAP FICA with other SAP modules and 3^rd party systems to ensure seamless operations.
Provide expert guidance on SAP FICA configuration customization and optimization.
Manage project timelines resources and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members on SAP FICA functionalities.
Stay abreast of the latest SAP FICA developments and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory security and data privacy standards within the SAP FICA domain.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction
Must have extensive experience SAP-FICA-Utilities.

Required:

Proven track record in the Utilities Retail Customer Services domains.
Experience in SAP IS-U Utilities FICA BRF is a MUST
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
