Schedule: Monday - Friday / 1st or 2nd shift available

Were seeking an experienced and results driven Production Manager to join a stable and well established leader in plastic injection this role you will oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency quality and safety across all manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage day to day production activities ensuring schedules output and quality standards are consistently met.
Supervise and develop production staff fostering a culture of accountability safety and continuous improvement.
Monitor and improve production workflows reducing downtime and maximizing equipment utilization.
Collaborate with quality teams to ensure compliance with ISO GMP and OSHA standards.
Resource Management: Oversee allocation of labor materials and equipment to meet production goals.
Lead Lean and Kaizen initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings.
Work closely with engineering supply chain and maintenance teams to resolve issues and meet customer commitments.
Track KPIs such as OEE scrap rates and on time delivery; prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and production systems.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex production schedules.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent organizational communication and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field preferred.
