Experience Required:

Specialist 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst Data Architect and/or Information Architect in a software development environment within an Agile Product Development Organization (PDO) framework.

Experience Preferred:

Proven ability to elicit analyze document and manage detailed functional and non-functional requirements for complex software solutions.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
Proficiency with MongoDB Compass NoSQL data modeling GCP and requirements/project management tools such as Jira Confluence Microsoft Visio and Miro.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills translating complex technical concepts into understandable business terms. Superior analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills with acute attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic cross-functional team environment.
Familiarity with User Experience (UX) principles and/or DevOps concepts is a significant plus.
