Accelerate safe compliant adoption of agentic AI at Client by: - Improving and operationalizing SDLC policy and guidance for agents
- Running day-to-day operations of the Digital SDLC pipeline for agent releases
- Ramping Agent Engagement and product discovery so new agent use cases can move from idea to production with clear value and minimal friction
Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities - Improve the SDLC policy and guidance with agents at Client: Author clarifications playbooks and examples that address todays adoption roadblocks; align with Enterprise Architecture ITRMS Privacy and value-team partners; and ensure CMDB/DSDLC alignment for agents.
- Operations for our own SDLC pipeline: Own change records approvals and release communications for agent product (agentGPTeal) including versioning evidence collation and gating across lower to production environments.
- Ramping up Agent Engagement and product discovery efforts: Run discovery sessions stakeholder questionnaires and value hypotheses; maintain the engagement rhythm with product teams and portfolio stakeholders; and translate findings into user stories and release plans.
- Advise teams on approvals & governance: Serve as point of contact for Agent approvals and SDLC/DSDLC approvals ensuring consistent interpretation and throughput.
- Backlog & release readiness: Facilitate backlog refinement acceptance criteria and test evidence (integration/UAT) needed for go-lives; coordinate CAB/exception handling only when warranted by process and capacity.
- Enablement & training: Coordinate onboarding contributor training and launchpad/sandbox workflows that reduce time-to-first-deployment for new teams.
- Metrics & reporting: Partner with Platform and Product to improve telemetry and dashboards for agent usage and releases; advocate for ethical privacy-preserving analytics (aggregate non-PII).
Required Qualifications - Business Analyst (BA) background in APEX: Hands-on experience with APEX product operating rhythms artifacts (charters timelines) and partner teams
- SDLC / Digital SDLC execution for agents: Demonstrated ownership of Digital SDLC deliverables approvals and cross-team coordination for agent releases.
- Agent product lifecycle: Experience spanning discovery to delivery for agent workstreams including documentation stakeholder questionnaires solution proposals and enablement materials.
- Collaboration in GenAI agent management: Operates within the GenAI agent management function; skilled in automation practices that show up in agentic workflows.
- Strong facilitation across Engineering Security Compliance and Business teams; excellent written communication (policies approvals release notes).
Preferred Experience - Participation in recurring forums such as API / Agent Team Sync roadmap readouts and Daily Scrum ceremonies demonstrating rhythm with our platform and product teams.
- Co-authoring / authoring solution and demo materials and leading UAT/notes for initiatives like SAP Cortex.
Ways of Working - Embedded with the product & platform teams; participates in sprint ceremonies and cross-team syncs (e.g. Platform/Agent Weekly Sync).
- Partners with data/telemetry owners to improve agent usage reporting while maintaining privacy safeguards.
- Coordinates approval evidence (integration/UAT) and communicates go-live readiness; escalates only per governance.
Compliance & Security Expectations - Adheres to Merck Digital SDLC AI Impact Assessment (AI IA) practices and data protection constraints.
Works with Architecture Security and Privacy when external models or vendors are in scope.
