Job Summary

Job Title: AI Development Lead (Hands-on)

Location: Washington DC (Onsite / Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Interview: Video

MUST HAVE: AI Lead with AWS bedrock Lambda Python

Agiloft development is not mandatory

Required Skills & Qualifications

8 12 years of software development experience with at least 3 years of hands-on Agiloft development (optional).
Strong expertise in AI/ML NLP LLM models RAG pipelines embeddings and model fine-tuning.
Solid programming knowledge in Python Java or JavaScript.
Experience integrating AI components into operational workflow systems or CLM platforms.
Proficiency in REST APIs microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong understanding of contract management processes legal workflows or procurement systems.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
Proven leadership experience in delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
