Job Description:

8-bed pediatric emergency department with ability to flex to 12
13000 annual visits and growing!
Pediatric subspecialty support
24 hour shifts
Seeking providers with ongoing availability

Rate structure: DO NOT ADVERTIZE BILL/PAY RATES WHEN POSTING JOBS OR REACHING OUT TO PROVIDERS

- Orientation Hours 50% of standard rate
- Hourly

- (OT over 40 hours/week) Extra-Time standard rate

- Holidays 1.25

- Perm rates $25K (MD/DO): max conversion fee to be billed but will be discounted based on hours worked (see Rules of Engagement for breakdown)

Presentation will be prioritized by Rate Tiers:

Tier 1 (best) below or at $380
Tier 2 - $380-$390/hour
Tier 3 - $390-$400/hour
$400 will not be accepted

Requirement description : ALL MUST BE PROVIDED/NOTATED AT THE TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED

Board Certified Ped EM (no FM/IM) - REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years experience in community PEDS ED setting - REQUIRED

Cannot accept providers who have not been clinically active for 1 year REQUIRED

Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment for form) REQUIRED

CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained REQUIRED

Rates must follow rate structure REQUIRED

NV license or IMLC eligible REQUIRED
