Job Summary

McLaren is creating a Float Pool of providers for their open PRN shifts - open dates will be sent out via email once a provider is accepted

Shift coverage: 12-hour shift coverage (8AM 8PM or 8PM 8AM)
Annual ER Volume (projected): 15000 visits
Average patient volume per day: 40 per day by the end of year one; anticipate 20 per day the first 6 months
Radiology: 24/7 CT and X-ray (no MRI)
Lab Services: 24/7 lab (no blood bank)
Surgical Services: Available at Lansing location
Expected patient volume: First 6 months: 20 patients/day By end of Year 1: 40 patients/day

Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.
McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging

Rates to Submit: Malpractice must be included in rates

Orientation - 1/2 of hourly rate for orientation and training

Hourly - $400/hour

Holiday - 1.5x

OT - 1.5x

Conversion Fee

Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using DocTime - no timesheets will be approved.

Please note: immunizations records will be required for clearance from occupational health Hep B MMR Varicella - vaccine series or immune titer
Flu - for current flu season
Covid Documentation
TB - within 12 months
TDAP - adult vaccine (within the last 10 years)
