Assignment Location: 71 Hospital Ave North Adams MA 01247. TRAVELER MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO BMC DIALYSIS CENTER AT 8 CONTI DRIVE PITTSFIELD MA (25 miles apart mileage will not be considered for this float requirement)

Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color

8hrs non-billable orientation
Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

Requirement description :

3 years current experience
MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO 8 CONTI DRIVE AS NEEDED (25 miles apart no mileage approved for this float)
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need with a clean driving record
Perm address must be included in profile for this need
Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
