Job Summary
- Responsible for plant operations having around 250 employees
- Responsible for all aspects of plant performance safety productivity quality delivery and cost
- Safety Security and facilities support for entire facility
- Oversee customer scheduling material planning production planning order execution and entire supply chain to ensure deliveries of right quality material in line with customer demand
- Inventory accuracy and management
- Lead and drive operational efficiency improvements in the plant in the areas of productivity quality cost through lean principles
- Responsible for budgeting manufacturing expenses and meet budget and in case of issues take necessary corrective measures
