Role Summary As a Travel Consultant Sales you will be the primary point of contact for customers planning international trips. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs crafting personalized itineraries and converting leads into confirmed bookings. This role directly contributes to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities -
Connect with potential customers through phone WhatsApp email and platform chat to understand their travel requirements.

Create customized international travel itineraries tailored to customer preferences interests and budgets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt and engaging communication.

Follow up proactively to convert leads into bookings achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with operations supply and support teams to ensure smooth execution of booked holidays.

Maintain accurate records of interactions sales pipeline and conversions using internal systems.

Stay updated on global travel trends airline/hotel offerings and visa requirements to provide expert consultation.
Requirements -
0 2 years of experience in travel sales customer service or any client-facing role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong passion for travel and interest in helping customers build memorable experiences.

Ability to multitask manage objections and work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and online communication platforms.
