Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain Power Automate flows for process automation.
Integrate Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint Teams Outlook) and third-party systems using connectors.
Create custom UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications ensuring responsive and accessible interfaces.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into workflow and design solutions.
Optimize automation for performance scalability and security.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
Document workflows design standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Power Automate and related tools (Power Apps Power BI).
Proficiency in UI/UX design principles wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma Adobe XD Sketch).
Knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript for front-end customization.
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration techniques.
Understanding of data security and compliance in automation workflows.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
