Job Summary

As an Application Developer you will design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs developing application features and ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects by providing innovative solutions and insights. Roles & Responsibilities: As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for designing building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Additionally you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management AWS / GCP Architecture and Java Full Stack Development is preferred. Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement best practices in coding and application design to ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.. Professional & Technical Skills: Back-end development in Java Building microservices / applications using Spring Boot Working with PostgreSQL or a similarly capable relational database Designing and deploying architecture on AWS or GCP Managing configuration deployment and release pipelines Additional Information: Knowledge in Transportation management systems is highly recommended. Candidate is expected to attend In-person workshops and meeting at client location in Chennai. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. 15 years full time education is required..
