Loan IQ Engineer

Prioritized must haves for the Loan IQ Engineer:
1. Strong hands-on experience with LoanIQ including administration issue resolution batch processing and understanding of underlying database schema and table relationships.
2. Proficiency in MS SQL especially bulk data transfers and SQL-based integrations between LoanIQ and other systems.
3. Experience coordinating with Finastra for patches upgrades troubleshooting and managing multiple environments (UAT pre-PROD PROD).
4. Solid capability in API development and deployment with exposure to integrating LoanIQ with cloud or on-prem systems.
5. Good communication and stakeholder-interaction skills with the ability to work closely with business lines vendors and internal IT teams for support UAT coordination and knowledge transfer.
Requirements for the Loan IQ Engineer:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with three years of relevant work experience in the financial sector.
- Proficiency MS SQL and data transfer
- API development and deployment
- Basic business knowledge of financial instruments wholesale banking capital markets lending and market risk analysis preferred. SWIFT experience is a plus.
- Basic programming knowledge / experience with MSOffice (Excel Access) desirable.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the LoanIQ application is required including the user interface underlying database schema and table relationships and issue resolution related to LoanIQ batch run.
- Experience with Finastras reporting tool DataNet (a branded instance of IBM Cognos) would also be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Finastra API universe is preferred.
- Possesses SQL skills with a focus on bulk data transfers between LoanIQ and other SQL databases.
- Broad banking product knowledge with a focus on agented and non-agented (bilateral) loans is a plus.

- Hybrid work scheduled at least 2 days in office per week.
