Job Summary

An ideal candidate will have the following:

Admission to the Maryland and DC bars and in good standing in both.
3-5 years of experience practicing family law
Excellent legal research analytical problem-solving written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage a caseload effectively and efficiently (as first chair or second chair)
Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
Sound judgment high integrity trustworthiness and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Work from our Bethesda office (with the option for hybrid work after a probationary period)
Participate in networking opportunities and attend bar-related events
Engage in business development and work toward originating cases over time.
