Job Summary

Bachelor s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Systems Engineering Computer Science/Engineering Physics or a related STEM field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following
systems engineering
software/system analysis
requirements development
verification & validation
Trade studies
modeling & simulation
integration & test
High proficiency in:
C (or another object oriented language)
MATLAB for analysis modeling and test automation
Scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash PowerShell) for task automation and CI/CD tooling.
Experience with DOORs git Confluence Tool Suite
Perform functional and radar performance analysis requirements allocation algorithm development and/or interface definition to convert customer defined radar requirements into detailed software specifications.
Develop high fidelity models and run simulations to evaluate radar system performance
Provide individual contributor effort for the system design and test for the RCP SCI and support agile systems engineering process including scrum meetings and sprint planning.
Execute system verification activities integration and test and provide support for certification and testing milestones.
Radar systems development experience including algorithms software data analysis and modeling and simulation.
Strong written and oral communication skills; able to produce clear technical documentation and deliver concise briefings.
U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance
