Job Title: B2B Business Support Analyst (Mid)

Job Description:
- Provide system related activities in support of B2B customers which includes monitoring coordination escalation and issue resolution.
- Work directly with the client Crop Protection Seed Applied Solutions Retailers Distributors and business partners to support and implement B2B solutions.
Overview:

This position will be seated on the Campus.

Understanding of how to determine business data requirements based on needs across multiple systems that support the B2B program
-
Log issues / requests into the ticketing system and proactively monitor / update any open items
-
Independently troubleshoot and resolve basic and advanced technical issues over the phone and via email
-
Provide consultation and problem resolution to customers and 3rd party system providers for testing and production issues.
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify action items
-
Organize facilitate and report on progress of projects or activities
-
Assist with tracking and organizing tasks to support and accomplish program objectives
-
Provide clear and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders
-
Develop comprehensive documentation
-
Utilize various software systems and technical tools and ability to easily transition between the systems.

Assure quality standards are met or exceeded
-
Assist with change management activities
-
Education of stakeholders on new and existing processes and help promote best practices
Competency & Skill Requirements:

Technical experience and knowledge of SAP APIs Json B2B standards etc.

Expertise in critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-
Business acumen and general supply chain knowledge
-
Customer focused self-motivated and ability to take initiative to drive tasks to resolution

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
-
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strict attention to detail

Ability to successfully handle multiple projects and adjust priorities quickly
-
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Experience in the agriculture industry a plus
