Job Summary

Position: Lead LEAN Analyst

Location: Spring TX (Onsite)

Exp: 8-15 years

Type: FTE/Contract

The Lean analyst will play a key role in driving process improvement projects by helping to facilitate and plan workshops with the Lean specialists and client team analyzing and presenting pertinent data in the appropriate format developing metrics and measurement tools to improve operating processes toward greater efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of oil and gas (upstream downstream chemicals pipeline etc.)
Track and record all relevant data for the global Lean program and refresh data for accuracy on a monthly basis including but not limited to Lean Practitioner (LP) count LP status LP certification progress yield rate functional/job family representation LP office location/geography project tracking metrics value tracking metrics etc.
Analyze performance data/metrics and develop appropriate presentations and dashboard tools to demonstrate Lean performance to the client including but not limited to SmartSheets Power BI and Tableau
Develop and build relevant process documents at the request of Lean specialistss leveraging Visio Mural Zoom Whiteboard or PowerPoint
