Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive trend-driven Accessories Merchandiser to join a leading supplier servicing major South African fashion retail chains.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in fashion accessories product development and merchandising - preferably within an import-focused environment.

Requirements:

23 years experience as a Merchandiser or Assistant Merchandiser - fashion accessories preferred.
Experience in import-focused merchandising will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of retail cycles product development and supply chain processes.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent trend awareness and product eye.
Strong analytical and numerical skills (costings margins sales reporting).
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and ability to work with buyers and suppliers.
Proficiency in Excel and merchandising systems.
