Position Reports To: Supervisor - Service Provider Management
Summary Description
Assist Supervisor/Department Head with all aspects of the Department while ensuring the proper and timely movement of freight.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Learn and apply Companys Customer Service Standard to ensure that service quality can be up to company standard for both internal and external customers.
- Carry out and supervise the team for customer service handle complaints from internal and external customers
- Assist Branch Transcon sales effort
- Contact seek the certified trucking service provider and pick up delivery services provider met company standard
- Perform periodical assessment for Service Providers to maintain and improve the quality of service
- Do customer service and customer assessment for Transcons operations
- Train motivate and challenge to other staffs
- Update transportation regulation and ensure safety policy.
Qualifications :
- Graduated student from University/ College or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experiences in domestic transport and cross border
- Pro-active strong organizational skills.
- Good computer skills (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to put extra hours as required.
- Well-organized innovative self-motivated.
- Able to work in the team under high pressure and tight deadline
