A well-known manufacturer is looking to add an Engineering Service Manager to their team.

Duties:

Manage on site engineering resources related to services such as laboratory RMAS airworthiness and configuration management
Develop engineering standards and tools
Accountable for the knowledge management process at all stages of product life cycle
Responsible for the engineering tools such as CAD PLM CFD or customized tools
Identify create or update procedures/instructions with the help of extended engineering team
Contribute to the skills strategy definition and its deployment
Manage engineering services allocation sizing and skills based on needs and priorities
Technical review and approval of engineering report
Measure department performance through indicators and implement improvement plans in accordance with targets
