Position: Customer Service Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service. Your main responsibility will be to assist clients with their inquiries concerns and requests while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a timely and friendly manner either in person over the phone or via email
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate and detailed information to clients regarding our services properties and company policies
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain and update client records and files
- Process rental and sales applications and contracts
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings inspections and appointments for clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Familiarity with real estate industry and terminology is a plus
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
