Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Documentation Analyst Agentic AI

In this role youll be part of Genpacts transformation under GenpactNext as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutionsdomain-specific autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. Youll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user guides API documentation process flows and release notes.
Ensure all documents follow established style guides templates and versioning standards.
Use Content Management Systems (CMS) and version control tools (e.g. Confluence SharePoint Git Azure DevOps) to manage documentation lifecycle.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather inputs and validate technical details for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain documentation alignment with release cycles ensuring timely updates and stakeholder reviews.
Support knowledge management initiatives by organizing and curating reusable content within internal repositories.
Conduct quality checks and peer reviews to ensure clarity technical accuracy and compliance.
Assist in maintaining traceability and audit readiness for documentation associated with AI and data products.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve authoring efficiency structure and discoverability of documentation.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Technical Communication Computer Science Information Technology or related discipline.
Experience in technical writing documentation management or content development.
Proficiency in CMS tools (e.g. Confluence Document360 SharePoint) and version control systems (e.g. Git Azure DevOps).
Good understanding of software development processes Agile methodologies and AI/data product ecosystems.
Strong command of written English with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Exposure to knowledge management systems (KMS) and enterprise content organization.
Familiarity with AI platforms and cloud-based documentation tools (Azure AWS or GCP).
Certification in Technical Writing Knowledge Management or Information Architecture.
Experience working in Agile or DevOps documentation environments.
Strong attention to detail organization and stakeholder coordination skills.
