We are seeking our new Director Digital Growth Squad to join the SBS team!
This position may be based in Paris Brussels London or Dubai with the option to work remotely.
The Head of Digital Growth Squad leads a transversal community of Digital Solutions Sales Specialists dedicated to accelerating the adoption and sales of SBSs modern offerings: Digital Banking Suite Digital Account Opening Digital Lending Digital Payments (e.g. Wero) Open Banking along with the upcoming bank-specific AI solutions.
This role focuses on coaching coordination and enablement not hierarchy. The mission is to ensure that all specialists while anchored in their country sales organisations operate as a single high-performing global team; sharing knowledge playbooks and competitive insight to win more consistently against niche digital competitors.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Community Animation
- Leading coaching and inspiringthe Digital Growth Squad to operate as a single high-performing team across countries.
- Instilling a culture of collaboration sharing and learning across geographies.
- Drivingadoption of modern sales practices playbooks and competitive tactics.
Sales Execution & Deal Acceleration
- Supporting country teams in closing strategic deals acting as senior sales escalation for key opportunities when required.
- Partnering closely with Sales leaders and their account managers to develop winning sales strategies and strengthen executive relationships with clients.
- Coordinatingpresales bid management and product teams around complex digital opportunities to ensure a seamless and compelling value proposition.
Strategy & Go-to-Market Leadership
- Definingand executingthe go-to-market strategy for Digital & AI offerings in EMEA ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and in collaboration with the Product Business Unit in charge of the product lines.
- Monitoring market trends client needs and competitor activities to refine positioning and messaging.
- Drivingpipeline development through targeted campaigns partnerships and customer engagement programs.
- Coordinatingwith Regional Sales Leaders to align priorities pipeline coverage and resource allocation.
Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
- Developing and maintaining digital sales playbooks competitive battlecards and reference cases.
- Facilitatingknowledge exchange across countries and teams through regular squad meetings win/loss reviews and internal showcases.
- Capturingfield insights and feeding them back to Product and Marketing teams to improve go-to-market effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Passionate and driven seeking success and growth
- Senior experience in enterprise software sales ideally within banking or fintech sectors.
- Proven success in leading or coordinating multi-country sales initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation SaaS models and modern banking solutions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution.
- Excellent influencing skills; able to lead without direct authority.
- Fluent in English; French or other European languages are a plus.
