More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Key Account Manager in Singapore with Signify.

We are looking for an enterprising responsible and well connected professional with End Users and Contractors to drive strategic engagement and business growth within the Projects Business. The selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact between Signify and our Customers and to expand the reach of Signifys Connected/Smart Professional lighting systems such as Interact to the Singapore market.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Account Management to maximise sales revenue profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Build and foster strong long-term relationships with End Users accounts namely Developers Big-Chain Retailers Industrial/Office FMs network

  • Well connected and successful individual with Contractors network to secure leads opportunities and to close them successfully

  • Participate in tenders RFQs/enquiries and roadshows events and other marketing driven activities


2. Commercial Execution

  • Support the full sales cycle with End Users Contractors or FM: opportunity identification specifications proposal creation pricing negotiation contracting and closing

  • Track KPIs sales targets and pipeline creation and development progress reporting regularly to leadership

  • Coordinate with sales support on RFQs/enquiries specification and lighting design team solutions architects Product Management


3. Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop

  • Act as the voice of the partner and market back to Signifys product offer management teams

  • Keep abreast of industry trends competitor activities and regulatory environments that may impact the partnership.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • 5 years of experience in key account management or business development in a B2B technology led environment

  • Proven track record of managing End Users Contractors and delivering revenue growth

  • Strong understanding of IoT building automation smart infrastructure and/or in Lighting

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex technical and commercial conversations

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Competent in using MS Office tools CRM and other portal such as CRM platforms
