Rockhampton Children & Family Centre (CFC) provides comprehensive locally responsive and connected services that support child and parent/carer wellbeing. enhance positive child learning and development and build parenting capacity. Due to an increase in funding we have an opportunity to support parents and carers in achieving better developmental outcomes for children aged between birth and eight years in the Blackwater community.
About the Role
This role is based in Rockhampton with weekly overnight travel to Blackwater. This role is to be filled on either a full-time or part-time bases until the 30th of June 2026 with the possibility of extension.
The Early Childhood Coordinator (ECC) aims to ensure that every child can develop to their full potential have a smooth transition to school and become successful lifelong learners. As the ECC you will improve pathways and connections for families to access early childhood education health and development services within their communities.
As an Early Childhood Coordinator (ECC) you are expected to be an active team member who provides a holistic approach to child development and learning for children within Blackwater and the wider Communities.
