Job Summary
Remote NYS position with access to a Buffalo NY office.
A boutique law firm seeks a No-Fault Arbitration & Suit Defense Attorney. The Attorney will handle no-fault insurance disputes represent clients in arbitration and litigation prepare pleadings motions and briefs and provide legal advice to clients on insurance coverage and defense matters. The role also involves attending hearings and negotiations evaluating cases and working collaboratively within a team to resolve legal issues efficiently.
$80000-$130000 based on experience with outstanding benefit package.
