Job Summary

Salary Range: $83449.60 - $102835.20 annually commission
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am- 4:30pm. (Weekends on occasion)

Summary:

Working with and under the direction of the Director of Sales this role is responsible for the Horizon House Independent Living sales including the West Tower expansion.

What Youll Do:

Primary job duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for independent living sales efforts to maintain occupancy levels of Horizon House and drive reservation sales for the expansion tower.
  • Attend networking and marketing events to establish presence and to generate leads and referrals.
  • Conduct community tours and prospective resident consultations leading to additions to the future resident list closure of apartment sales and expansion tower residents.
  • Achieve established Sales metrics.
  • Participate in lead generation events.
  • Provide information answer questions and address concerns to assist families/prospective residents in making informed decisions.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and report departmental and individual activity.
  • Develop relationships and nurture new prospects using a sales discovery addition lead an interactive well thought tour of the community while focusing on individualized prospect needs.
  • Accountable for the entire sales process: building prospect base generating tours securing deposits status changes and (all steps involved in the move process).
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions sales activities and occupancy data via the CRM.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to senior living sales.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Adheres to the customer service philosophy by providing excellent customer service to residents and team members.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service with the goal of problem solving.
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management.

  • Support Assisted Living apartment sales.
  • Completes other duties and projects as assigned by management.

What Were Looking For:

  • Five (5) years experience in sales and marketing required.
  • Experience in CCRC sales or apartment/property management preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
  • Requires a proven record of successful high-end sales.
  • Proven expertise in relationship marketing.
  • Customer Relations experience desirable.
  • Must be fluent in the English language and be able to follow written and verbal directions.
  • Must be able to perform work independently.
  • Must demonstrate ability to interact appropriately with seniors.
  • Excellent computer skills including competence with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) database management software and use of the Web.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to see hear speak adequately to perform the functions of the position.
