TKO StaffPros LLC is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our dedicated team in Memphis. This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in our staffing and recruiting operations ensuring smooth communication and support for our clients and candidates.

As a Bilingual Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients providing exceptional customer service while managing phone calls and inquiries in both English and Spanish. Your contribution is vital in creating a welcoming environment and facilitating effective communication within our dynamic industry.

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $15 - $18 along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls directing them appropriately
  • Provide information about our services and assist with inquiries
  • Maintain an organized reception area and manage office supplies
  • Handle scheduling and appointment coordination as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the team
  • Translate documents and communications as required
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude and a team player mentality
