Job Summary
About the Company
Our Client is a global leader in supply chain management solutions.
Were looking for a Facilities Executive to support the upkeep of building facilities by coordinating maintenance activities managing vendors and ensuring safety and compliance across infrastructure systems.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance inspections and minor repairs for building equipment;
- Assist with troubleshooting of building systems to ensure optimal work environment;
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance work and compliance to contract and service levels;
- Address basic facility-related technical issues and escalate when necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma in building services facilities management or any related technical field;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management preferably within the same industry;
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills;
- Keen attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
