Job Summary

Job Title: QA Android Automation Engineer

Location: Mafra Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a QA Android Automation Engineer to support the Handscanner teams responsible for developing Android applications used by drivers and in the depots.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Work closely with other QA engineers.
Automate Robolectric test cases to extend component test automation coverage.
Review test cases and suggest improvements.
Perform test case reporting and monitoring.
Prepare test data.
Review and increase automation coverage of E2E test cases using Appium.
Report and analyze bugs.
Support the team in achieving the product goals where needed.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience

Experience in testing Android applications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile testing automation.
Experience with Robolectric and Appium automation testing tools.
Jenkins automation experience.
Experience working in Agile teams.

Interpersonal skills

Exceptional analytical skills.
Great team player.
Taking responsibility and ownership.

Languages

Fluent English

Complementary Requirements:

Very good knowledge of test methodology (ideally ISTQB Advanced Level).
