Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our IT department. The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding agile teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions. This role requires strong facilitation coaching and servant leadership skills to ensure teams embrace Agile principles while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Agile Team Facilitation
oLead daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
oEnsure teams follow Scrum practices and Agile values.
oRemove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Communication
oAct as a bridge between product owners developers QA and stakeholders.
oPromote transparency by maintaining sprint metrics burndown charts and dashboards.
oEncourage open communication and alignment across IT and business units.
Delivery & Process Improvement
oSupport backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners.
oTrack progress to ensure timely delivery of IT projects.
oIdentify opportunities to optimize workflows tools and processes.

Qualifications
oBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
oCertified Scrum Master (CSM) PSM or equivalent Agile certification.
o3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or software development environments.
oStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
oFamiliarity with IT project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Azure DevOps).

Desired Competencies
oExcellent facilitation and coaching skills.
oStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
oAbility to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
oKnowledge of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies is a plus.
