About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy drive innovation and oversee all technical operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership manage development teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality technological solutions that support the companys goals and long-term growth.
Requirements
Job Description
Develop implement and oversee the companys technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead and manage the software development technical and engineering teams.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve business efficiency and product innovation.
Oversee end-to-end product development from planning to deployment and maintenance.
Ensure the companys technology infrastructure is secure scalable and up-to-date.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define technology-driven business opportunities.
Establish and enforce technical standards best practices and operational processes.
Manage technical budgets vendor relationships and resource allocation.
Conduct regular assessments of system performance security risks and compliance.
Provide mentorship coaching and performance evaluations for technical staff.
Represent the company at technical meetings conferences and strategic partnerships.
Drive innovation research and continuous improvement across all IT operations.
Job Requirements
HND/ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field (Masters Degree is an added advantage).
Minimum of 510 years of experience in software development IT leadership or technology management.
Proven experience of 3 years in a senior technical leadership role preferably as a CTO Head of Technology or Lead Engineer.
Strong knowledge of software development processes cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.
Experience with security protocols system architecture and enterprise solutions.
Excellent leadership decision-making and project management skills.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
High level of integrity professionalism and commitment to innovation.
