Job Summary

QA Tester:

Based in Queretaro Mexico.

This role is primarily focused on designing and executing manual test case strategies auditing test results and ensuring the performance reliability and scalability of our software products.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and experience collaborating within Agile development teams.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

*Perform testing of assigned User Stories Bugs and Reactivations

*Design and implement manual and automated test cases

*Audit and maintain automated test results

*Functional/Integration/Stress/Volume testing.

*Identify report and track software bugs

*Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution

*Ensure software meets defined quality and reliability standards

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field. Education and Experience related technical field.

*Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing with a primary focus on web and/or mobile applications.

*Demonstrated ability to design execute and document manual and automated test

cases based on functional and non functional requirements.

*Hands-on experience or exposure to test automation tools such as Testim Katalon Selenium or Cypress with the ability to support or collaborate on automation efforts.

*Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments participating in sprint ceremonies and defect triage.

*Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Azure DevOps).

*Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and commitment to quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

*Strong proficiency in manual testing including test case design execution and defect reporting.

*Familiarity with test automation tools such as Testim Katalon Selenium or Cypress with the ability to support or collaborate on automation tasks.

*Solid understanding of QA methodologies testing strategies and the softwaredevelopment life cycle.

*Basic scripting knowledge in languages such as JavaScript or Java is a plus.

*Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Azure DevOps).

*Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments participating in sprint ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration.

*Strong analytical skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

*Ability to design and work with AI-driven agents to enhance test automation and coverage

Benefits

Salary: $20000-$25000 pesos gross per month.
