Key Responsibilities

• Creates and analyzes monthly quarterly and annual reporting. Assists in the monthly close process to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.

• Tracks financial and operating status by monitoring variances from Budget/ROFO.

• Create and own Weekly Forecasts for responsible sites by working closely with Operations Accounting and Billing Specialist Teams and independently utilizing accounting systems to monitor and track Revenue/Expenses as they are incurred.

• Helps prepare timely and accurate reports plans and forecasts for internal and external constituents.

• Analyzes financial information to determine present and future financial performance.

• Collaborates with operational leadership to analyze prepare (bottom-up approach) and present the annual financial plan.

• Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.

• Has knowledge of and can apply commonly used concepts practices and procedures within the finance and accounting field.

• Collaborates heavily with operational leadership to provide quality tools to expedite and improve decision-making.

Required Experience & Skills

• Highly preferred bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of FP&A experience.

• Advanced Microsoft office software skills Access Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.

• Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite/Financial Cubes/SAP.

• Attention to detail but able to take a step back and see the bigger picture.
