Job Summary
This is a remote position.
E.W. Industries Ltd a.k.a. Rubber Stone Global is hiring a full-time Video & Content Editor to support our growing marketing needs. This is a fully remote role dedicated to editing and assembling content that our team dealers and installers capture. Were looking for someone who can stay organized work efficiently and quickly turn raw footage into polished on-brand content.
- Editing short-form social media content (reels TikToks YouTube Shorts etc.)
- Editing marketing videos product highlights and brand storytelling pieces from footage provided by our team
- Creating educational/training videos for our dealer network and installation teams
- Editing testimonial videos and customer stories
- Assembling larger projects such as sit-down interviews dealer features and event recaps
- Adding branding captions motion graphics and sound design to enhance content
- Managing version control file organization and final delivery formats
- Supporting smaller creative tasks such as email signatures branded templates and light graphic work
- Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Strong experience in video editing post-production workflows and short-form content optimization
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software
- Ability to work fast while maintaining high-quality output
- Strong sense of storytelling pacing and visual timing
- Creative problem-solving and ability to clean up inconsistent or imperfect footage
- Organized reliable and able to manage multiple editing requests at once
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
- Bonus: experience creating motion graphics or simple animations
