Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Service Transition Analyst to join their team.
The department is looking for a hands-on Service Transition Analyst to support and manage the transition of new or changed services into live environments and to support operational readiness activities required to transition services from project mode into operational mode.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise and collaborate with project teams operational teams and key stakeholders to transition new or changed services into Production environments
- Oversee the development of appropriate support and operational models.
- Support high velocity service delivery for agile and waterfall teams and ensure all relevant artifacts are produced to manage operations
Selection Criteria:
- Strong understanding of the ITIL 4 framework
- ITIL 4 foundation certificate essential
- Experience and qualified in Information and Digital Technology
- Experience with project management methodologies including PRINCE2 Agile Lean
