To help us with our mission we are currently seeking an experienced Structures Foreman who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the development and construction industry.

About the Role

As a Structures Foreman you will be responsible for coordinating the design and structural elements of our projects managing resources overseeing crews and ensuring that all activities align with safety quality and program requirements.

This position will initially be required at our Caringbah. Live Project.

What Were Looking For

The right person will have experience and skills

Trade background with at least 6 years in a similar position.
Proficiency in computer systems and MS Project.
Strong knowledge of the Building Code and relevant Australian Standards.
Expertise in reading and interpreting plans drawings and specifications.
Hands-on experience in quality-focused structural construction across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site activities ensuring safety quality and work plans are adhered to.
Coordinate site logistics material delivery crane board and delivery schedules.
Manage trades and subcontractors ensuring alignment with design plans and deadlines.
Produce and manage 2-week lookahead programs in MS Project.
Monitor and enforce safety regulations and site-specific environmental policies.
Conduct and record inspections (ITPs) and manage quality assurance processes.
Resolve design and coordination issues ensuring alignment with budget and timeline goals.
Prepare and manage defect lists ensuring completion to a high standard.
Attend meetings and provide construction updates.
