We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Birthday Party Host to join our team at My this role you will be responsible for creating memorable and engaging birthday parties for toddlers and young children. As a Birthday Party Host you will create high-energy fun-filled and well-organized birthday celebrations for toddlers and young children. Your role will involve leading engaging games activities and gymnastics exercises ensuring that every guest feels included and has a fantastic experience. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with kids excels in delivering exceptional customer service to both party hosts and their guests and has a vibrant personality with a passion for making every moment memorable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Activities: Organize and facilitate games activities and gymnastics fun for birthday party guests
- Foster Inclusion: Ensure that every child feels welcomed and included in all activities
- Setup and Cleanup: Prepare and tidy up party areas ensuring the center remains safe
and presentable - Parent Communication: Engage with parents to ensure the party runs smoothly and
meets their expectations - Maintain Energy: Keep a high-energy positive atmosphere throughout the event
ensuring everyone has a great time
- Childcare Experience: Previous experience working with young children in an organized play environment
- Team Player: Strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a dedicated team member
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with staff and guests
- Physical Ability: Capability to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Endurance: Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while engaging in
activities
