Job Summary
Join the ALK team atArlo Chicago as a Line Cook where youll play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced dynamic kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Support the culinary team with various prep tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
