The Role:

TRG Screen isseekinga dynamic and experiencedSolution Architect. Solutions Architects tailor technology solutions to meet desired customer outcomes & specific industry requirements considering scalability security interoperability compliance and user experience. This is the baseline for a smooth customer experience relatedoutcomesand valuerealisation.

The SolutionsArchitectwill be asenior member of the project team responsible for ensuring that the technical design of the implementation meets the person willberesponsible forunderstanding the customersbusiness needs and interpreting these into a successfultechnical implementation of the will liaise with Business Analysts other technicalspecialistsand team members to map and load data configure thesystemand integrate interfaces and file role will have a strong focus ondevelopingand drivingscale and repeatability with success metrics associated with these.

ThisSolutionsArchitectwill bea point of escalation for technical decisions relating to customer solutionsand analysis of their impact on the overall business goals and outcomesfor our customers. The end goal is to produce a blueprint of anend to end solutionleveraging TRG Screen software and service products in thecontextofthe customersIT architectureto developan integrated and effectiveworkflow between allhandoffpoints alsoconsideringthe possibility of multiple TRG products being implemented at the same timeor over time.

We areseekinga dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to design scalable secure and user-focused technology solutions that align with customerbusinessoutcomes and industry requirements. This role is key to ensuring a smooth customer experience and driving value realization.

This role will lead technical solution decisions ensuring alignment with both customer IT architecture and TRGs product suite. A strong focus will be placed on scalability repeatability and overall implementation efficiencyespecially when multiple TRG products are deployed simultaneously or sequentially.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other specialists to design scalable and repeatable processesleveragingnew technologysuch as automation and AI.

• Support Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineer in technical conversations during the Sales Process with the prospective customer or existing customer looking to addadditionalproducts Understand customer IT and tech environmentopportunitiesand challenges

• Ensuring comprehensive technical requirement documentation and analysis linked to business workflow documentation (in line with Business Analyst where relevant)

• Design and test technical architecture between customer and TRG

• Connect with TRG SMEs toidentifytechnical or process limitations

• Interface with TRG Product team toidentifyworkarounds and feedback on technical and use case themes in the market

• Handover blueprint of customer specific implementation tech flow to Implementation Specialist and support as needed on non-standard scenarios

• Supporting Project Manager activities by proactively highlighting resources risk and requirements associated with the solution goal

• Provide coaching/trainingand mentorshipof best industry practice

• Work with prospect or customer toidentifypolicies/governance directlyimpactingimplementation of TRG systems and workflows (e.g.Procurement or Vendor Risk policies)
• Be in absolute lockstepwith Pre-Sales/SolutionsEngineers to align technical solutions with client needs ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales discussions to implementation

Skills and Qualifications

• 5 years in solution architecture technical consulting or enterprise software implementation

• 3 years working with enterprise customers on complex technical integrations

• Proventrack recorddesigning scalable solutions within existing IT infrastructures

• Experience with data migration and market data solution preferred

• Excellent analytical skills

• Professional curiosity

• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers in support of desired outcomes

• Ability to find creative solutions within existing IT structures

• Understanding and experience working with REST APIs

• PowerShell& SQL (Proficient)

• Previousprofessional experience in project and/orproductmanagement including managing/ leading teams is a plus

• Understanding of: IT infrastructure software architecture design Data and Data Structures with exposure to data transformation or related fields

• Preferred:Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science SoftwareEngineeringor equivalent

• Data Migration experience; exposure to working with market data providers/market data solutions
