We are a fast-paced customer-focused Chrysler/Stellantis dealership committed to providing exceptional service to our retail and internal customers. Were looking for a motivated detail-driven Parts Advisor to join our growing team and deliver a best-in-class experience to every customer and technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist retail customers service advisors and technicians with accurate parts lookup and ordering.
Provide knowledgeable guidance on OEM parts accessories and availability for Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM vehicles.
Prepare and process parts invoices special orders and returns.
Maintain a clean organized parts counter and inventory storage area.
Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely repair order completion.
Verify incoming stock orders inspect for accuracy and properly stock shelves

Uphold dealership and Stellantis brand standards for customer service and professionalism.
Assist with inventory counts and daily parts management tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior automotive parts counter experience preferred (Chrysler/Stellantis experience a plus).
Strong understanding of parts cataloging systems (Mopar DealerCONNECT Reynolds & Reynolds/CDK etc.).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
