The Role
We are seeking an experiencedSeniorProgrammeManagertodriveownoverseeand coordinate multiple high-impact strategic projects and transformation initiatives within Blip. The ideal candidatewillsupport the delivery of Blips strategy and strategicinitiatives by managingcomplex programsandensuringalignment with cross divisional teams. Theselectedcandidatewill supportthe GeneralManager andBlipsLeadershipin all theirinitiativesbyusingstrong leadership skills strategic thinkingproblem-solving& business awareness.
WhatYoullBe Doing
Own and Drive Strategic Programs:
Own plan and implement high-impact cross-functional projects and change initiatives for Blip ensuring alignment with theBlips strategicgoals.
Ensurethetranslation ofstrategic priorities into actionable project plans with clear deliverables timelinesand success metrics inalignmentwith theteams.
In partnership with GM andBlipsLeadership explore possibilities anddifferentscenarios to help themnavigatechange and shape Blips strategyandlong-termplanaspirations.
Leadership Problem-Solving& Businessawareness:
Outstanding leadership skills to ensure theselected candidate isseen as a role model and able to influence teams withitsknowledge and experience of delivery andagile ways of working.
Capacity to analyze Blipsbusiness challenges and develop data-driven recommendations conduct strategic assessmentsandpresent alternative solutions with clear pros/cons analysis and withsuggestedimplementation ofroadmaps.
Havingbusiness awareness and clear understandingof the strategies and priorities acrossthebusiness and howthey cancreate challenges or opportunitiesforBlipto ensure properadviseto the GM and Blips Leadership.
Monitor Progress & Governance:
Track the delivery of programobjectivesand benefits taking proactive steps to ensure successful outcomes.
Identifydependencies and potential bottlenecksearly andimplementmitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency.
ReportingInsights& Quality Assurance:
Provide clear and insightful progress reportsproject statusflagging risks and issuesto support the GM to takeinformed decision-making.
Deliverpost-project analysisfor theexpectedoutcomesincludinglessons learned and recommendations for further initiatives.
Maintaina high levelof accuracy andrigorous validationfor all the deliverables from data analyses to presentations ensuring that all the outputs areconsistentand compliant before beingsenttosenior leaders.
Critical Thinking:
Challenge assumptions and ask the right questions to clarifyobjectivesandstrengthen decisions.
Support the GM work by proposingpragmaticand impactful solutions to the programs and locationinitiatives providing clear insights and better ways to solve problems.
Stakeholder Engagement& Effective Communication:
Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as thePOCfor senior stakeholdersin some of Blipsstrategicprojects providing clear updates on program progress and challenges.
Support the GM and BlipsLeadership in the communicationof theKeyprojects and strategicinitiatives ensuringclarityand tailoredinformationto different audiencesin order tothat build trust and influencing.
Work with GM toexecute precise stakeholder mapping& engagement plan.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and locations to deliver tangible impactful change and when it is the caseensurechanges are effectively embedded and are able to enhancedeliverylong-term value for Blip.
Build strong collaborative working relationships across teams.
